3. Payment Terms

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.Confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect for 1 year after termination of services.
6. Revisions and Changes
- We offer 2 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope, or as stated in a separate agreement.
- Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement as noted in a separate agreement.
- If termination occurs after services have been partially completed, the client agrees to compensate the Company for work performed up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the one month preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Tools and Services
We may integrate or use third-party platforms (e.g., GoogleAds, Facebook, WordPress) in delivering our Services. We are not responsible for service disruptions or changes made by these third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Jersey / USA. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Bergen County.
